WNS ultra-low NOx gas-fired boiler

Yongxing's WNS-type ultra-low nitrogen gas-fired boiler is a shell-type three-pass wet-back gas-fired boiler produced with advanced technology. It consists of the boiler body, connecting flue, deaeration pump, deaerator, burner, steam-water system, instruments, economizer and other components. Compared with old-fashioned boilers, its most prominent feature is low nitrogen emission (during the operation of the boiler, the emission of nitrogen oxides is greatly reduced, which can be below 30mg/m³, meeting the national policy requirements). In addition, this boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple operation, safe and reliable operation, etc., and has now been widely used in various industries.

Functions and Advantages:

1.High-Efficiency Heat Energy Conversion

Adopting a three-pass structure (flue gas passes through the furnace chamber, smoke tubes, and rear smoke box in sequence), combined with enhanced heat exchange designs such as threaded smoke tubes and corrugated furnace liners, the thermal efficiency can reach over 92%. It can quickly heat water into hot water or steam, reducing fuel consumption.

2.Ultra-Low Nitrogen Oxide Emission

Through technologies such as fully premixed combustion, flue gas recirculation (FGR), and staged combustion, the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission can be controlled below 30mg/m³ (some models can reach 20mg/m³). It meets the domestic "ultra-low nitrogen" emission standards without the need for additional denitration equipment.

3.Full-Automatic Intelligent Control

Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, it supports one-key start-stop, automatic adjustment of combustion load, and constant control of water temperature/steam pressure. Meanwhile, it has functions of automatic fault diagnosis, alarm and protection, eliminating the need for real-time manual on-duty.

4.Multiple Safety Protections

Multiple protection devices for overpressure, overtemperature, water shortage, flameout, gas leakage, etc. are set up.
